• Billing Data: Payments are securely processed through our merchant partner, Dodo Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

B. Prospect Information Processed by the Autonomous Engine

• Public Business Data: Publicly accessible domain names, business contact emails, web forms, website technical elements, and publicly stated business details extracted via open internet crawling.
• AI Analysis Data: System-generated technical gap audits, 1–100 opportunity fit scores, and tailored outreach drafts created for specific B2B prospects.

C. Technical & Usage Data

• Anonymized IP hashes (for rate limiting and DDoS prevention), browser type, referring URLs, and internal funnel event timestamps (e.g. simulation started, checkout initiated).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provisioning: To spin up and configure your dedicated autonomous outreach instance and execute campaigns.
• AI Gap Analysis: To audit target websites and compute compatibility fit scores against your specific offer.
• Multi-Channel Dispatch: To space and transmit personalized B2B propositions through your connected Gmail account or public contact forms.
• Reply Intelligence: To detect responses and automatically halt follow-up sequences.
• Customer Support & Billing: To manage subscriptions, send provisioning credentials, and process refunds.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We only share information with trusted third parties strictly necessary to deliver our service:

• Google Workspace / Gmail API: For OAuth authentication and sending user-authorized emails. (We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements).
• AI Infrastructure (Google Gemini / OpenAI): Used solely to perform stateless contextual website audits and draft bespoke messages. Your private customer data is never used to train generalized third-party models.
• Dodo Payments: Handles PCI-compliant payment processing, recurring billing, and invoicing.
• Hosting & Infrastructure: Dedicated secure VPS infrastructure with strict firewall rules and SSL/TLS encryption in transit.

5. Google API User Data Policy Compliance

GetFUCking Clients' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties for advertising or unauthorized purposes.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and secure credential hashing. We retain account data for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel or request account deletion, your targeting configurations and private tokens are purged within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:
